Speed

Being one of the major yarn to fabric to garment producers, PDL ensures speed at different level which has not been seen before from Bangladesh.
Future Plans
Pioneer Denim is investing in new technologies to generate more efficiency, so we can deliver faster, operate more flexibly, at a higher quality level and increase consistency.
Pioneer denim is investing in diversification like in house accessories production, but also developing new products and services.
Pioneer Denim is increasing the amount of solar panels on rooftops and developing a biomass boiler installation to increase the usage of renewable energy in production.
Last but not least Pioneer Denim will invest in additional capacity in sustainability and circularity to be able to create a larger % of the business in low impact fabrics and garments.

Fabric Division
We currently produce 7.5 million yards of fabric per month, and we’re gearing up for a major leap forward. By 2028, our goal is to reach 15 million yards per month — a bold move driven by rising global demand and our dedication to quality, innovation, speed and sustainability.

Garment Division
With a present output of 750,000 pieces per month, our garment unit is set for remarkable growth.
By 2030, we’re targeting a capacity of 7.5 million pieces per month, ensuring we stay ahead in both volume and value for our global partners, providing our customers a one-stop-shop.

Embroidery & Printing
Our future expansion includes a comprehensive embroidery and printing facility to enhance our garment manufacturing capabilities.

Accessories
Pioneer Denim is investing in an in-house accessories division, including packaging materials, tags, labels, and printing facilities, to enhance efficiency and support business growth.
